ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL OF BHOTEL SRL
BHOTEL SRL has adopted a structured and organic control system pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01.
The purpose of the Organization, Management and Control Model (hereinafter also referred to as the “Model”) is to establish a structured and organic system of procedures and control activities aimed at preventing the offenses set forth in Legislative Decree 231/2001, by identifying activities at risk of offense and consequently subjecting them to specific procedures.
By adopting the Model, BHOTEL SRL aims to pursue the following main objectives:
establish ethical values and respect for legality;
raise awareness among the Recipients of the Model of the possibility that, in the event of violation of the provisions contained therein, they may commit offenses subject to criminal penalties applicable to them personally, as well as administrative sanctions applicable to the Company;
reiterate that such unlawful conduct is strongly condemned by BHOTEL SRL, as such behavior (even if the Company might apparently benefit from it) is in any case contrary not only to legal provisions but also to the ethical principles it intends to uphold in the conduct of its business;
enable the Company, through monitoring of the areas of activity at risk, to intervene promptly in order to prevent or counter the commission of such offenses.
