I piatti, freschi e ricercati, sono pensati per utilizzare gli ingredienti tipici del territorio. La braceria, punta di diamante del locale, vanta una selezione di tagli pregiati di carne che, grazie a frollatura stagionatura controllate, risultano particolarmente morbide e gustose.
La Dispensa Lucana propone anche la “vera pizza napoletana” caratterizzata dall’impasto a lunga lievitazione che risulta leggero e ben digeribile a tutti i clienti. Gli ingredienti utilizzati per i condimenti, ricercati e di prima qualità, tendono a valorizzare al massimo il territorio e la tradizione: il pomodoro San Marzano DOP, la mozzarella fior di latte, la pancetta lucana, il peperone crusco, il caciocavallo podolico DOP ne sono solo alcuni esempi. Le pizze presenti sul menù, quindi, spaziano da quelle tradizionali per eccellenza a quelle più ricercate senza tralasciare il gusto e l'originalità.
L’enoteca, con una ricca selezione di vini, valorizza in modo particolare le cantine regionali più prestigiose in perfetto accordo con le scelte culinarie e con il menù. Le bottiglie, custodite a vista in una pregevole cornice con scaffalatura, accontentano tutti i gusti. Per i più sofisticati, non mancano bottiglie di elevato pregio.
